
Return , Refund and Exchange Policy
Return Information:
We entertain free return requests for the period of 10 Days from Delivery ,Please note that the product must not be used before returning it, and you must return the entire package.
Refund Information:
Once we have processed your request, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your return shipment as soon as it arrives in our warehouse and is validated. Upon receiving the return package, we will refund the cost of your returned items within 10 working days.
Exchange information:
We offer a 10 Days Exchange policy for our customers . We advise you to place a exchange request, stating the reason along with order details like the Order Number, Email Id, Name, and photo and videos(of the product) at support@omace.in. To raise any exchange request, having an opening video of the package is compulsory. We don't consider photos as evidence. In case of not having an opening video of the package, we can refuse to replace the order. Please note that we do not accept any order exchange requests on any social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, linked in, or WhatsAp. We only use these platforms for interacting with our customers. We will accept your requests only through mails.

Eligibility Criteria For Product Exchange :
- If the product delivered is different from what was ordered or not as per the order specification.
- Upon opening the package, the goods were discovered to be physically flawed or to be defective.
- The exchange request must be initiated within 10 days from the date of receipt of shipment.
- Product is not working properly.
We do not accept exchange requests if:
- The customer is not happy with the look or sound quality of a defect-free product.
- Physical damage was not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- An electrical surge or any damage caused by the customer or user.
Cancellation Information:
You have the option to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel the order, drop a mail at support@omace.in with your order details and our support team will assist you with canceling the order.
