We deliver across India, to every PIN code our courier partners serve. If a courier cannot reach your PIN code, we tell you before dispatch, and if you have already paid we refund the full amount.

Delivery is free on every order shipped within India. The price on the product page includes GST, so nothing is added at checkout. You can pay online or choose cash on delivery.

Every scale is checked before it leaves us, and we dispatch within 2 working days of confirming your order. Cash on delivery orders are confirmed by a call or message first. Large and business orders can take longer; we give you the date when we confirm the order.

Most orders reach you 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas can take up to 7 business days. If something delays your parcel, we let you know.
The courier and tracking number show on your order page.
Once your parcel is handed to the courier, the courier name and tracking number appear on your order page and under My account, where you sign in with the email you ordered with.

Check that the outer box is sealed and undamaged before you accept it. Please record a video while opening the package: our exchange policy needs it if anything is missing, damaged or different from your order.
An undelivered parcel comes back to us. Write to us and we sort it out.
If the courier cannot reach you after its delivery attempts, or the parcel is refused, it comes back to us. Write to support@omace.in with your order number and we will arrange the next step with you.
