Do you provide samples before bulk orders ?
Yes, samples are available for evaluation on all models, subject to availability. Sample cost is charged separately and is adjusted against your bulk order once confirmed.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) ?
MOQ varies by product — bathroom, kitchen and smart body scales start at 1,000 units, while table-top, chicken and platform scales start at 500 units per model.
What is the production timeline ?
Most orders — from production to delivery — are completed within 40 days of confirmation, depending on quantity, customization, and destination.
What are your payment terms?
We work on 50% advance at order confirmation and the remaining 50% before dispatch.
Can you customize packaging, color, and branding ?
Yes — we offer full private label customization, including custom logo printing on the product, color/finish options, branded packaging design, custom app branding (your logo on the digital screen), user manuals printed with your brand name, and custom barcode/MRP/retail labeling. Full custom outer box printing is available above the full-customization MOQ tier; share your brand guidelines and we'll send a mockup for approval.

Our scales carry a standard manufacturer warranty of up to 12 months depending on the model, along with spare parts availability and technical documentation to support your own after-sales/service team.
