We stand behind every scale we make. Answer five questions to see if yours is covered.
Is my scale covered?
- Is the QC sticker in place and unbroken?
- Is it free of physical damage (cracks, broken corners, burns, rust, water)?
- Has it been repaired only at an Omace service centre, or not at all?
- Are the brand label and date untouched?
- Is it within its warranty period?

What happens next
7 daysfrom purchase
A product found defective or not working right away, or within 7 days of purchase, is treated as dead on arrival (DOA).
- You need a copy of the purchase invoice.
- If our service centre finds it defective, we supply a new product. Packing and accessories are not replaced.
- A physically damaged product is not DOA, even if claimed minutes after purchase.
- DOA does not apply to onsite products.
Limits of the warranty
Which products does it cover?
This limited warranty covers only products made by or for Omace that carry our trademark, trade name or logo.
What does it not cover?
Damage from acts of nature such as lightning or storms; negligence; commercial use; changes to any part of the product; accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other outside causes; or use outside the permitted purpose, or with the wrong voltage or power supply. Omace is also not responsible for damage from not following the instructions for use.
How far does your liability go?
Omace is not liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits. You agree that our liability in any dispute is limited to the total amount you paid for the order or product in question.
Is onsite service available?
Onsite warranty is available in selected cities only.
What if my scale arrives at the service centre in a critical state?
It may be repaired locally or sent to the next level. If it cannot be repaired in its condition, such as a burnt PCBA, damaged tracks or rust, it is returned to you.
Can these terms change?
Yes, warranty terms can change without notice.
