How to weigh

1. Put the scale on a firm, level table away from fans, AC vents and open windows.
2. Close the glass doors so moving air cannot push the reading around.
3. Turn the feet until the bubble in the level indicator sits in the centre circle.
4. Switch it on and wait until the display shows 0.
5. Put an empty tray or paper on the pan if you use one, and press TARE so the display goes back to 0.
6. Place the ornament, stone or sample inside, close the glass doors again and read the weight when the number stops changing.
7. Press UNIT to switch between g, ct, oz, gn, dwt, ozt, lb, N, kg and pcs.

Care

• Don't put more than 200 g on the pan, and don't drop anything onto it.
• Keep the scale where it will stay. Moving it to a new table can change the reading, so recheck it with a known weight.
• Wipe the pan and body with a soft dry cloth. Keep water and chemicals away from the keys.
• Run it on the adapter, or on the inbuilt battery during power cuts. Charge the battery fully before a long day without power.
• Use it between 10 °C and 40 °C.
