First time
- Put the 2 CR-2032 coin cells in the battery box under the scale.
- Place the scale on a hard, flat floor such as tiles or stone, not on a carpet or mat.
- Tap the platform once with your foot and wait for the screen to show 0.0.
Every day
- Step on gently with both feet in the middle of the platform.
- Stand still. The weight locks on the screen in a few seconds.
- Step off. The scale switches itself off.
Care
- If you move the scale, tap it once and wait for 0.0 before you weigh again.
- Weigh at the same time each day, best in the morning before eating.
- Wipe the steel with a dry cloth after use in a wet bathroom.
- Don't stand on the edge or jump on the scale.
- Use it between 10 °C and 40 °C.
