How to weigh

1. Put the scale on a flat, firm table.
2. Touch the power key and wait for 0.
3. Put your bowl or plate on the platform and touch TARE so the display goes back to 0.
4. Add the food and read the weight once the number stops changing.
5. Touch UNIT to step through the nine units.

Weighing more than one ingredient

1. Weigh the first ingredient.
2. Touch TARE again. The display goes back to 0.
3. Add the next ingredient. Only the new part is shown.

Care

• Don't put more than 5 kg on the platform, and don't drop things onto it.
• Wipe it with a damp cloth. Never wash it under the tap or put it in water.
• Change the batteries when the low battery sign shows.
• Glass can break if hit or dropped. Set things down gently.
• Use it between 10 °C and 40 °C.
