What is the minimum order for private label baby scales?
The minimum order is 1,000 pieces of each model, with your logo, your body colour, your box and your user manual.
Which baby scales can I put my brand on?
Two models. The OEM-9090 is an infant tray scale: 20 kg in 5 g steps on a curved 540 x 300 mm tray, with a backlit LCD. The OEM-812 is a 2-in-1 Bluetooth baby scale: 20 kg in 5 g steps in the tray, and up to 120 kg in 50 g steps on the base alone.
Where does my logo go?
On the display panel, right under the display. The box and the user manual carry your brand too. Logo size, colour and position are agreed on your branded sample before bulk production starts.
Can the scale be made in my brand colour?
Yes. The scale body can be made in your colour, agreed on the branded sample.
Can the OEM-812 work with my own app?
Yes. It works with a free phone app as it is, and for your brand Omace can develop your own app or give your developers the SDK.
Do you help with Legal Metrology approval?
Yes. A weighing scale sold in India needs Legal Metrology model approval in the name it is sold under (Section 22 of the
Legal Metrology Act 2009). Omace helps you get model approval in your brand’s name.
Which model suits hospitals and clinics?
The OEM-9090: a light infant scale with a curved safety tray, a backlit display and tare, running on 3 AAA batteries so it moves easily between rooms and outreach visits.
Can I see a sample before I order?
Yes. You can order a ready-stock sample of either model, and its cost is adjusted against your bulk order. Before bulk production starts, Omace also makes a branded sample with your logo, colour and box for your approval.
How long does a private label baby scale order take?
Most orders are ready about 40 days after confirmation, depending on quantity and customisation. Delivery inside India takes another 2–3 days.
What are the payment terms?
Omace works on 50% advance at order confirmation and the remaining 50% before dispatch. Export orders are paid by wire transfer.
What warranty do private label baby scales carry?
Each scale carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Batteries and physical damage are not covered.
Do you ship baby scales outside India?
Yes. Omace supplies across India and ships export orders EXW or FOB, by sea or by air.
