Fourteen body values from one step

Step on barefoot and the HO-36 shows your weight on its colour screen. At the same time it sends 14 body values to the free FitDays app on your phone.

First time

1. Put the 3 AAA batteries in the battery box under the scale.
2. Press the glass once with one foot. The screen lights up, then shows 0.0. Now the scale is ready.
3. Install the FitDays app on your phone (Android or iPhone) and create your profile with height, age and gender. The body readings depend on these, so enter your correct height. If you are not sure of it, measure it on a stadiometer.
4. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Some Android phones also need location turned on for the scale to be found.
5. Open the app and step on the scale to pair it.

Every day

1. Put the scale on a hard, flat floor, not on a carpet or mat.
2. Open the app, then step on barefoot with your feet on the metal pads.
3. Stand still until the weight locks on the display.
4. Stay on for a few more seconds while the body readings are worked out and sent to the app.

For steady readings

• Weigh at the same time each day, best in the morning before eating.
• Dry feet work best. Wet or very dry skin can change the body fat reading.
• People with a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, and pregnant women, should use weight only and not the body fat mode.
• Don't stand on the edge or jump on the glass.
• Use it between 10 °C and 40 °C.
