Made to carry

- It is about the size of a phone and weighs about 150 g.
- Press MODE to switch between grams, carats and tola. Jewellers and buyers can read in the unit they trade in.
- Tare. Put a small bowl or paper on the pan, press TARE, and only the contents are weighed.
- The blue backlight keeps the reading clear in a dim shop or at night.
- It warns you when the load is too heavy or the batteries are low, and switches itself off to save the batteries.

How to weigh
- Put the scale on a flat, steady table away from fans and open windows.
- Lift the flip cover and press ON/OFF. Wait until it shows 0.00.
- If you use a bowl or paper, put it on the pan and press TARE.
- Place the item gently in the middle of the pan and read the display.
- Press MODE to change between g, ct and tola.
- Press ON/OFF when you finish, and close the cover.
Keep it accurate
- Never put more than 500 g on the pan, and never press on it with your fingers.
- Let the scale settle for a few seconds after you switch it on.
- Check it now and then with a known weight. If it reads wrong, calibrate it as shown in the manual.
- Change both batteries when the low battery sign shows.
- Keep it dry and clean the pan with a soft dry cloth.
- Use it between 10 °C and 40 °C.
